The PMCH is only tells that they are providing better health facility for common people but the actuality is totally opposite of there commitment. The today’s example: As i am resident of Patna and faced today’s some experience about P.M.C.H which I describe below. Today I went over there for blood and urine checkup for my wife, one of the leady cleaner or guard(NIRMALA)says abuse and also why you all are came over here for any treatment if you are unable to treat them at private hospital then why you born or marry. When I ask about the complain register to the lab assistant then he Says rudely that is not available here. One thing also she threat me if your are complained or tells to anybody then I will see you in future, That’s why I could not display my name or cell no. There after some her colleague came and also supports her and all are try to convince myself that you are wrong. Now tell me what is my mistake?????????? This instant is happens on today’s (24.01.2012) at 2.10 PM in PMCH Pathology department. As resident of Patna if such kind of instant happens with me then what will be the rest of Bihar.

So Pl suggests me, now what to do against that misbehavior.
