    Default expired medicine

You can file a case in consumer forum, I am mentioning a judgment that may help you.

    - It is duty and mandate for doctor to maintain medical record of patient.

    [ H.S. Sharma v. Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, (2007) II CPJ 21 : 2007 (2) CPR 76 (NC)].

    - The medicine of expiry date sold to consumer - Compensation awarded for mental agony along with cost of medicine - Selling of expiry date medicine is unfair trade practice.

    [ Saroj Vyas v. M/s. Sethi medical Store, 2004 (III) CPJ 546].
