please help me out from this issue.details are given below...

I went the Ruby Hall for Corporate Annual Health checkup of my Father on dated 08-Mar-2010 .during the ECG test doctor find the Heart bit problem. however they suggest to go with Angiography Test.

Patient Name : Ramdas Baurao Pawar.
Date : 08-Mar-2010.
Doctor Name : Dr. P .K Grant.

As per suggestion, Father did the Angiography test and received the Report as well as C.D.when we saw this to Family Doctor for second opinion, however we come to know that the problem was with CD.
The content in the CD was of Different Patient , however my Family doctor won’t be giving the opinion without CD,So can't give any treatment to my father.then I went back to Ruby Hall and asking to Mr. Makhale (Manager) for correct CD.
Now he is not providing the Correct CD and gave the reason like “Data get Corrupted , so we won’t be giving CD”.

i said what would be the other option , then he said go with 2nd test of angiography.

so see, he is not Oblivious on what he did. this not any smaller problem , this is a Heart problem. this treatment is not for 2 to 3 thousand , it is about 12000/- and he say do again. and what condition of patient, what mentel stress on Patient as well as on Family members.

how they can say like this ..can you imagiz in what condition we are(patient and their family member).

this is horribale situation on us. we can't do anything without CD.

I am very much confidance on Cosumer forum . please do need full for the same.

so that we will Proceed for further treatment.
