Dr Samiran Nundy, a renowned Gastro-surgeon from Sir Gangaram Hospital, advised me left hemi-colectomy for constipation and I developed pain after surgery. A doctor did colonoscopy and found that colon was twisted at site of anastomosis and an obstruction was created. he advised another surgery.
Dr Nundy operated on me again for this obstruction and removed whole my colon less 30 cm. This remaining 30 cm is in looped, entangled and twisted condition causing obstruction and pain.
Doctors are advising me a total colectomy.
