Dear Sir/Madam

I had purchased a dog (puppy) one year back from a reknowned Pet Shop by the
name of Jaws and Paws in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
I paid Rs. 17,000 for the beagle pup as agreed to over the phone when the
proprieter Mr Naresh Kohli sent the pup to my residence to be seen.

At that time I was promised the papers of the dog, without which i cannot
breed him or show him.

I was told that the papers would come to me by courier.

Not only did i not get any papers, i also discovered that the dog was very
sick with severe broncho-pneumonia. I had him treated for over a period of 4
months, which cost me over 5000 rupees.

I have been foloowing up with Mr. Kohli for one year now, requesting him to
give me the paper but he has been evading the situation with excuses or
false time commitments.

I have observed that he has been advertising for his pet shop online making
the same promises, about the papers etc.

I would like to retrieve the papers from him

Please advise me as to how to proceed.

We were very unfortunate to land into his shop for buzing a labrador pup who was suffering from distemper. He hid that information from us and sold the pup telling us that its in good health. We brought it home and 2 of our German Shepherds pup cought the disease from the lab and all 3 died within 10 days. We complained about this to Mr Kohli and the old man readily accepted that he keeps pups suffering from distemper in his shop. He promised to give us another lab as an exchange. He stopped picking up the phone, when we enquired about the time when we should come to pick up the lab. We had to call the police and beat him up and threaten him to get another pup. Finally we picked up a pup forcefully and left. His shop should be closed immediately as he is very cruel and cunning!! Do not buy anything from his shop.

Please have him pay for our German shepherds. the lab we have picked up is also like a street dog

i had too purchased a dog from jaws n paws in chanakya puri. he gave us the dog in 7,500 rupees. he said the papers would be given to us as soon as we tell him the dog's name we choose. our dog was suffering from parvo virus..and he was no more in 10 days. we treated him well..took him to about 3 vets. and all of them said only 10% of survival is there in parvo. we are sad for what happened. but mr. naresh kohli, who owns this shops always makes excuses when we call him and tell him that this has happened and he should get his shop bleached, for , all the dogs would be having multiple viruses by now. but he always makes excuses such as he's driving so he will call back, but he never does. i just want to warn everybody that DO NOT buy any pet from this pet shop. it was truly a traumatic experience for me, being a 16 year old and my family.

I got saint bernard but these guys got from bad breeder my pup has many health problems and has hipdisplasia I take my puppy to many clinics I was really attached to puppy, I felt very sad, do not get puppy from this place.

To start off, i would like to say that no words i say can express the agony and rage i feel towards this cruel man. About two months ago, unfortunately i came across a shop named jaws n paws in yashwant place. One of the puppies inside caught my attention, the golden lhasa apso made its way home with me. Thee breeder, Kohli had promised to send us the certificate as soon as we pick a name for the pup. Three weeks had passed, the man neither gave us the certificate nor the cage we had paid for. On the other hand, we had no time to play games with this man.. we were busy treating our ailing puppy that was suffering from hepatitis- i do not have any record that dog was in good health before i bought it; however, it didn't make it.. in a few days it was a dead dog. I am waiting patiently to see what we will reach with this man, i do not care about the money he took for the cage ( which was quite a lot ) i just want his shop shut down. He is a man who only cares about his money. I am open to any suggestions!

He sells his sick puppies to people , makes money and then just forgets everything. He is extremely cunning and know how to play. I bought a pug from him and till date i am regretting. He said the puppy was 40 days old but when i got the puppy checked from vet, i came to know that the poor puppy was just 18 days old and wasn't in a good condition. i tried calling him for puppie's papers but he never responded to my calls. my pug gets seizures ( which is a genetic disease),although he is undergoing treatement but his sufferings make us suffer and its pain to see your pets sick. they are ur best companions and a part of your family. would like to warn every pet lover dont buy any pets from Jaws and paws as this man Mr. KHOLI is not a good breeder and keeps very poor quality pups . i just want to request consumer forum to take a strict action against him as he makes his pets suffer and gives mental stress to his clients. Such kind of burglars should be taught a lesson.
