Dear Friends,

As a consumer, if we buy a product or material service and we are not satisfied with the same, we always have the option to fight it and get a refund or replacement for the same.
Recently I went to a doctor who is very famous and charges a very hefty sum for counselling and treatment. I am not at all satisfied with his service. His behavior towards the patient is very arrogant
at times and he is also not giving proper couselling. Being a specialist, we expect him to cure our ailment but he hasn't been able to provide a curefor the ailment. So I am really feeling cheated on the same and want to fight against this poor quality of service from the said doctor.
I would like to know what all are the options in front of me. Are there any specific regulations for a doctor and any act that could help me?? Also suggest whom should I approach with my complaint in
this regard.
How long will we have to bear this autocracy of the doctors?? How long will they get away wit taking patients for granted?
