    Hi,

    This is regarding the tests of my wife Renu Raina which were conducted by your
    Franchisee Harshita Diagnostic Center ,Shop no:-7A-Block,Near SM World
    Multiplex,Shalimar garden -II,Sahibabad,Ghaziabad

    which is a authorised sample collection Centre of Super Religare Laboratories
    Ltd.(Client code:-C000011878)

    The sample tests details are as follows which were taken at Harshita Diagnostic center

    1.Accession Number :-0009II021824 and tests were forwaded and conducted by Super
    Religare Laboratories Ltd.,SRL regional Reference Lab,GP-26,Maruti Indudtrial estate
    ,Udyog Vihar,sector-18,Gurgaon-122015,Haryana,Ph-no:-0124-4591111/1000---date of
    report:- 11/9/2009

    2.Accession Number :-0028II001926 and tests were forwaded and conducted by Super
    Religare Laboratories Ltd.,C-57,Ground Floor,Preet Vihar,New
    Delhi,11092,Ph-no:-011-30217200---Date of report 8/9/2009

    and after verifying the results with professionals and doctors and same tests
    conducted at other accredited Diagnostic labs it was confirmed that both the reports
    are incorrect as samples have been tampered with and contaminated

    and has been handled by unprofessionals without following proper quality standards
    in Clinical Labs Testing which should be followed in preservation and testing of
    samples.

    However after speaking with your one of the persons in Gurgaon SRL lab ,they told us
    we should contact the lab first as they have received the samples at 5.12 pm when
    Harshita diagnostic Lab had taken our samples in morning only and they are not
    responsible for the results and contamination happening in transportaion of samples
    at Preet vihar lab and at Harshita. and now both are putting blame on each other and
    this is a serious crime in which the lives of people and there health is put at
    stake and common people are the sufferers and their life is being played with,by
    giving them wrong reports and dont following the proper quality procedures in
    clinical testing and also the monetary loss and mental suffering they have to suffer
    because of this.

    When I checked and throughly enquired about the procedures being followed at
    Harshita Diagnostic Center ,Shop no:-7A-Block,Near SM World Multiplex,Shalimar
    garden -II,Sahibabad,Ghaziabad

    which is a authorised sample collection Centre of Super Religare Laboratories
    Ltd.(Client code:-C000011878),Pho no:-0120-6459718,9213797994

    I was in a shock ,I found there is no proper way of taking the samples and its been
    handled by unprofessional persons and samples are not at all preserved in a proper
    way and were lying in dust and in open and without any proper temperature control
    and any sample preservative policies are being followed.this has become a business
    and your guys are giving franchise licenses without verifying the facilities and
    checking the quality standards followed by the collection centers.

    I want you to take strong and immediate action against Harshita Diagnostic Center
    ,Shop no:-7A-Block,Near SM World Multiplex,Shalimar garden -II,Sahibabad,Ghaziabad
    which is a authorised sample collection Centre of Super Religare Laboratories
    Ltd.(Client code:-C000011878),Pho no:-0120-6459718,9213797994 and cancel its
    licenses immediately as people lives are put at stake and their health is being
    played with which should not be tolerated failing which your SRL name and
    reputation is ruined and it will not be trusted by common persons and it will create
    a damage to your reputation.

    I also want that my money should be refunded and other people should not suffer
    like me and the mental tension which I had to gothrough should be stopped by putting
    an end to such unlawful practices and it should be stopped now and now here only
    failing which

    I have to go to court and also to Press and other TV channels and also to other
    health check departments and Govt of NCT of Delhi,India

    Also I had other Tests of my wife done test accession numbers
    :-0009IH055609,0028IH005139 and 0009IH055530 in which the sample collection was done
    by same lab and which costed me around Rs 5000 and now I dont know whether these
    reports are correct or not and what quality standards were followed by your
    franchise.

    So I hope you will take a strong action against Harshita Diagnostic center and as a
    vigilant citizen I cannot allow such malpractices to continue in the name of health
    and its license be cancelled immediately and also these persons should be punished
    and suitable action taken against them as these labs are mushrooming allover NCR
    region and no check is being done on these collection centers .

    Iam waiting for your immediate action and your response will be highly appreciated
    with the action you will be taking as this needs to be stopped now and now only in
    which your reputation is also at stake.

    Subject:-Strong complaint against Super Religare diagnostic Centre, Qutub Plaza, DLF Phase 1,Gurgaon.

    Hi,

    As suggested by Dr. A.S Latha who is a senior doctor in Sitaram Bhartia Institute in Delhi, who I had an appointment with her on the 6th of March, 2010, i was asked to bring the below mentioned test reports along with me so that she could go ahead with her diagnosis.
    I visited The Diagnostic Center on 3rd March 2010, to give a sample of blood for the following tests
    1. FT3
    2. TSH
    3. FT4
    The reports were collected by me personally on the 4th of March,2010.
    To, my surprise the doctored informed me that the result for the FT4 test was incomplete and did not have a value,instead, it said "Blood QUANTITY NOT SUFFICIENT".She asked me to take an appointment again which delayed my treatment.I was not informed about this either by mail or by a telephone call by the concerned authorities.
    After this incident i visited the Super Religare lab which is located in qutub plaza, DLF Phase 1.
    I showed the receptionist my reports and asked him for an explanation. He said he would talk to his superior about this mistake but the superior was not available. So, I was directed to talk to Mr. Vinod(franchise in charge) who instead of agreeing to their mistake, simply and rudely informed me that nothing in the matter can be done except the tests being taken again.
    This is highly unproffesional and insensitive approach toward the customer.
    There was a wastage of my time(taking leave from school), money(going to delhi and back, doctors fees which is very high and which has to paid by me again and my brain which is pretty qualified in its emotional quotient than your franchise owners.
    It was a mistake made on your part and someone has to take responsibility,which is obviously your company in this case, so I would like a compensation for everything mentioned above.
    And take strong action towards whoever responsible this mistake.

    Default Unprofessional Collection Centre

    I ordered a Blood Sugar Test through your Malviyanagar, New Delhi Collection Centre on 30.11.11.
    The patient name is
    A Roychowdhury , Age 63, ( acceession No. 0009KL000959)


    A technician, Mr Gulrej ( ?) collected the fasting sample at 8.30 am & the PP sample at 12.30 pm & informed that the report will be available by 7 pm, the same day.
    Upon contacting in the evening - the store gave a bunch of reasons for Not getting the test reports & confirmed to deliver it next day at 10 am.


    When we contacted the centre next morning, Mr Vinay Tiwari gave an explaination that the Sugar report was abnormally High & hence it was sent for reference testing to specialist Doctor. Hence the delay. However, the report will be available in a few hours time.
    When we did not get any update till 1 pm, we visited the store again & were asked to contact Mr Shubham at Gurgaon ( 8800095696) who informed that the testing was not even initiated as the sample was sent from Malviya Nagar thru a Code - CAMP22, which effectively provides a discount of Rs 40/- & the reports will not be available untill late evening.


    We surely, do not go to Religare for testing to save Rs 40/- at the cost of a Diabetic patient not receiving proper medication on time. when we contacted the Store Manager - Mr Irfan Khan at 9911170330 at @ 1.30 pm , he had no clue or justification for forwarding the sample for testing under discounted rate with a delay in reporting by over 48 hours. We have surely spent more than 10 times the cost of the test in phone calls & travelling to the Store, apart from the intangible costs.

    Besides, where is the question of discounted test charges with 48 hr delay - when I am requesting for STAT report. Who authorises the technicians to decide on their own ?


    If Religare does not have trained manpower to handle diagnostics, they should refrain from expanding their services and put people's life in jeopardy.


    I am quite sure, my complaint to their customer care would hv been trashed into some file & unprofessional services will continue to be rendered . They will probably, not even acknowledge receiving a complaint - forget redressal.

    Default Report says Sample is incompatible with software

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    The test of my wife performed at your laboratory on 27/02/2012, however I was asked to give the sample of my wife on 01/03/2012 (Sample given via Wellness Solutions, G39, Jangpora Extension, New Delhi).

    Client Code C000010517

    Regarding the same, I would like to know what is it written on the test that the fresh serum were found incompatible with your so-called software. What type of nonsense doubt have you people put on my mind?



    Why was I charged Rs. 2000/- for it, if your so-called non-sense software is not calculating the Risk Assesment for Trisomy 21, Trisomy 18.
