Dear Team,

On 8th of Oct 2011, I developed a slight increase in temperature and went to a near by Physician, who after through examination prescribed me Cyra, Hifenac-P and A-Z VitaminTablets. I went to a near by Chemist store and requested for the prescribed medicines, the chemist store keeper, per my knowledge, was not good at reading the prescription or issuing the tablets. Top it up there was a huge rush. He gave me Cyra, A-Z Vitamin Tablets, but instead of Hifenac-P he gave me Hifenac-D.

Not aware of the discrepancy in the issued medicine, I asked for the bill, he told me that he would provide me with the bills tomorrow as there was a huge rush. I came back and took the tablets provided without realizing that I had been given incorrect tablets. Though, the temperature did lower a bit, it didnt go completely. I went back to doctor on 10th Oct 2011, who gave me an injection and advised me to continue the same tablets for 2 more days. I went back to the same chemist store and asked for the same tablets by showing the prescription. To my astonishment, I was give a different color tablet, when inquired the keeper told me that I might have been issued Hifenac-D instead of Hifenac-P and he was not even apologetic about it, top it up he argued that both the medicines were same, when there is clear difference of 150mg of Paracetamol in the medicines.

When requested for bill, he gave me the same answer as, will give the bill later. I was bit adamant and asked for the bill, for which he made me wait for more than 20 Minutes and issued me only the bill for medicines purchased at that moment and denied to give the bill for the medicine issues on 8th Oct 2011. He told me that I should collect the bill from the person who gave the medicines and he will not be able to give me any bill.

Store Keeper was very rude in his attitude and doesnt issue any bills to any of the Customer who goes the the shop, top it up he gives incorrect medicines which could cost our lives. Request someone to look into this issue. Details of the Chemist Store is as below:
