I visited Kunal Medicos, Mohan Singh Market, Sector-6, RK Puram, New Delhi on 31 Aug 2011 to purchase medicines for my mother. I requested him to give meicines for two days but he refused. He insisted that I should purchase medicines for 7 days minimum. He suggested u can get one or two tablets of crocin, saridon etc only. He said you better go to any other shop. The shopkeeper is bound to give medicines to consumer as per his requirement. He said we dont give medicines for one or two days. He was very authoratative in his behaviour. It should be the discretion of the consumer to decide how much medcine he intend to purchase according to his pocket. I hope appropriate action will be taken against the medical store.
