Dear Sir/ Madam

Tuesday ( 19.07.11) evening i purchased one Skin Tube from Medical Store , Harrawala, dehradun at the time of purchasing i did not check medicine but when i came in home i opened wraper
& found tube is defective ( tube sealing is open ). now Medical store person deny to return the medicine

please suggest what should i do.
