Here in Shillong, all local distributors of Drug/Medicine are charging 4% C.S.T. along with 6% VAT while supplying the same to a pharmasists. Accordingly all pharmacy holders are charging the same from the end customers. This is extra burden to the end customers. End customers are paying more for a medicine/drug which is illegal as far as my knowledge is concern.
