Medical store doesn't take tablets back if one of the whole strip is also used I purchased some medicines from Aswini Medicals (Drug Lic No. KA/BNG-IV/U20/185, KA/BNG-IV/U21/185), TIN: 29180573765. After taking one tablet I felt uncomfortable so stopped taking that and went to exchange it with other brand but he refused to take it back, The reason he tells is he will not be able to sell it as this brand prescribed by the Doctor (Who is his near neighbour) doesn't cell well. He never told me anything while he sold the brand to me. Can I go to consumer court against him.
