I bought some medicines that my doctor prescribed me from a medical shop near my house. the owner didnt give me the bill when i bought the medicines. after i came back to my house i found that the medicine may cause some side effects and i didnt want to take those. so i went back to the medical shop and asked the pharmacist to take back the medicines and in return i told him that i will buy some other tablets for the same amount. he told me that he ll give some other medicine only if he is able to sell those old medicines to someone else and i have to wait for it. when i went there again after some days he told only one strip was sold and i bought horlicks in compensation. my mother went back again after some days for the remaining tablets(260 rs). this time he harrased my mother in front of everyone else and scolded her harshly and gave back the unsold medicines. my mom was about to cry when she came back to home. now i dont even want my money back. can any legal action be taken against that rude pharmacist? can i sue him for not giving bill?
