I had visited the Hiranandani Hospital for the treatment of acidity and backache.The doctor prescribed the medicine for 5 days and 3 days respectively but the hospital pharmacy refused to give the medicine for the prescribed period and I was forced to buy the whole strip of both the medicines even though i did not require the same.When I insisted to buy only the prescribed dosage,the pharmacy refused to give the medicine and asked me to approach some other medical store.I have the doctor's prescription and the pharmacy's bill.Kindly suggest the further process of complaint.
