When I made a purchase of a Soframycin eye drops costing Rs.9.20 the seller refused to provide a bill saying that he would only issue bills for purchases over Rs.20.00 When I asked him that what would be my proof of purchase if the medicine was fake . In the absence of a bill I would not be able to claim a medical expense reimbursement that I am entitled to from my employer.
