Myself Louise Correa residing at j15\10, Jal Mandir Society, Bangur Nagar, Goregaon west Mumbai is complaining about the misbehavior of the person at the medical store.
I had called up the local medical stores (Bangur Nagar Medical Stores) as they give a free home delivery, even I requested the person at the medical to send the medicine soon, but the person misbehavingly said i'll send after one hour, i was not at all keeping well as i was surfering from acute dizziness. the person in the medical said ill send the medicine after you die and kept the phone.

I have to submit a complaint against the owner of medical store who is running the medical store without any license and if some of the department comes to check the license the owner will show the license which he had taken on the rent from some another firm .And on the same license now two medical stores are running at the same time . So i request you to please send me the detailed adress with e.mail adress to whom i will contact to submit the complaint . I will be very thankfull to you

Dear Sir,
There is a medical store named Dinesh Medical in Chakulia purana bazar situated in Jharkhand near jamshedpur. Whenever we purchase medicine the store in charge never give bill. All medicine are sold in cash. Further I have doubt that He is not properly paying all the tax as applicable. Please take immediate action against him so that gradually we can improve the system of our country.
