I want to ragister complaint against Medical Store M/s Neelkanth, The Medicine People, NH-1, Ahinsa Khand-2,Indrapuram, Distt. Ghaziabad ( Inside Shanti Gopal Hospital) for refusing to return the medicine purchased from him for want of bill.

The medicine name is Flunarin10 Batch Number FNT0081. The medicine has been changed by the doctor. But when we requested him to change the medicine he asked us to produce the bill which we have misplaced/lost. We requested himto identify by the batch number but he told that his software can notrecognise by batch number.

I request honourable court to direct the medical store to return the medicine based on Batch number & not the bill. This will save poor people from going therer money waste.
