I am general person and have seen that the medicial stores which provides medicins to general public is charging more for the medicians. Poor illitrate people who don't know and are in tense of sickness pay without asking any question. The medician stores is in the premises of Meera Hospital & Acharya Hospital, Kalyan (West), Maharashtra. Even the blood testing lab charges or take money giving ordinary receipt. Even the hospital has got hiden charges which they recover illegally by sending the peon / wardboys. No fixed rates and bills differ according to patients known and unknown.

I as a general public want the medician complaint forum and the govt. authority to investegate and bring the culprit to the book who are looting the poor public.

i want to say that i am a costumer of using medicine because i had one decease and i have one complain against medical stores because all the shopkeeper of saharanpur (uttar pradesh). using the expiry date of medicine that why i had lot of problems in my decease so please take strickly action against all the medical stores.

dear sir, my son is admitted in hisar sukda hospital. where there is a chemist shop named sukda medicos . i brought some medicine outside he see me after this he refuse to giveme another medicine that is not avilable outside. also i think he is selling duplicate medicine . i am treating my son in this medical from lassst four months but no recovery seen. he is very close to his death. i this he leave me with in two to three days. please sir check his licence and medicines for dupicacy .my no is 9541635400.

many of medical stores in surendranagar dist. Of gujarat dose not have pharmacist present in there medical stores and also medicines are sell by unauthorised person whithout prescreption of doctors and dont giving bills for that this matter are publised in newspaper also all the currepted officers don't take any action but go that medical and take a installment of 3000 rs per medical

i want to know that how to know that action has been taken for my complain by consumer court??

I have to buy only five capsule to complete my treatment but the medical store owner is forcing me to buy full stick of capsule. Is it wrong or right done by the chemist shop owner. As ur knowledge I had also brought many times these capsule in 3-5 quantity.
Suggest me what should I have to do.

LONG LIFE Medical Store is illegal store with no licence to run it. The owner of this medical store is " PRAVEEN KANSAL and his wife MITALI KANSAL runs this shop. They both are not educated much and they run this medical store with no license and also they don't have B-PHARMA certificate. They had taken B-pharma certificate from someone on rent and they pay rent to that person, which is FAKE. There shop is also fake they don't have papers for there shop also.

I believe to run the medical store person should have legal licence or B-Pharma certificate, but here in LONG LIFE Medical store" no certificate is required and they play easily with thousands of innocent people's lives. Both don't have any sought of knowledge in Medicine and they both play easily with thousand's of people life.

I want that strict action should be taken against them as to raid there shop and sealed that shop permanently. Also to arrest this PRAVEEN KANSAL and his wife MITALI KANSAL with no bail option. I am also sending the copy of this complaint to Ministry of Health Education and longe a complaint against these fraud people.
