There is this shop in Besant Nagar, chennai named 'Valli medicals'. One night at around 10PM i had rushed tehre to get a medicine as i had an emergency at home. I went to the shop and told him the medicine and got it. Then when i asked him how much it costs he said it was Rs.4/- since i had come in a hurry i just had a Rs.10/- note and a Rs.50/- with me.

I told the shop owner, please help me with the change or keep the change urself i will take it later and that i had to rush home (it was already late). The owner was so rude that he snatched the medicine from my hand and said i dont have change u go get it urself. So i just asked what was his problem when i was ok even if i didnt get the change and that i myself was not bothered due to emergency. The guy just threw a 50 paise coin towards me n said 'look this is the only change that i have'. I got very upset and felt very bad that i told him he needs to learn how to behave and that i was willing to even give the Rs.50/- to him. The guy said 'pls go and get change dont waste my time'. It was almost 10.30PM and i was running around to the enarby shops and atlast the next shop owner (fancy store owner) helped me with his own cash.

When i came back to the medical shop and gave him the change this guy, the owner just threw the medicine on to me. When another customer asked what was happening he said 'Nothin' and started rolling down the shutter of his shop without gving the otehr customer also any medicine.

Readers, please tell me should a customer be treated this bad ??? for no fault???

MEdical shops are meant to be the nearest rescuers for emergencies and they are people who have to be very polits and hospitable... But this person, is just the opposite.
Please avoid this guy's shop cos his curse might not cure all

Dear sir/madam

I took my mother for her medical consultation with our local area doctor for the problem of continuous vomiting and dyhearea.

The doctor (doctor refused say her name) prescribed an injection called Tilset and another injection Vom 80g (I couldn't understand from the doctor's handwriting) for which the chemist refused to give bill.

The doctor also adds after injection to my mother, that if saline water drips can be taken, it will be good for her health.

I've seen many times that she asks this question with all the patients. She also compels or sometimes threatens the patients to take the saline water drips.

This pharmacy is maintained inside in the doctor's clinic.

This clinic is maintained by group of doctors and rubs 24 hours a day (24 hours torture to the patients).

what is the action that can be taken on the chemist, pharmacy and the doctor and where to give the complaint.
