Dear Sir

I purchased medicines from MKW chemist located inside MKW Hospital at Rajouri Garden for my daughter as per doctor's advice. Medicine given to me by chemist was having mfg date of July 08 laballed with 18 month expiry from mfg date & that was falling due in Dec 09. When I asked that gentleman not to give me those medicines which were very close to expiry....he behaved very nuesancely. I asked him to give me bill for that medicine....he issued me bill mentioning correct batch number but with different expiry date(11/2010). After a lot of arguement...he denied to give me the correct bill.

so the position is medicine given with very closer expiry date of Dec 09...but in invoice incorrect expiry date was used for same medicine with denial to issue correct bill. I had both the things with me........medicine & that incorrect bill.

Please advise further actionable from my side. Expecting response on this. Thanks
