No seriousness of patients and emergency
Hi,
Day before yesterday my dad was suffering from high allergy ailment at around 10PM. we immediately called up our doctor who is almost 15 kms away from our house and he prescribed that we can give dad 'AVIL' for allergy now temporarily and bring him to the hospital the next morning ASAP.
I immediately called up our medical store where we usually buy medicines and he brings them home on a phone call. I checked with him if he had the medicine with him and he asked me to come immediately to take it. since it was a sunday that was the only medical shop open that late in the area.
i rushed there and asked for the same. The guy gave me the tablet and said Rs.4/-. Since i went in a hurry, i just took cash that i could grab then. I gave the guy Rs.10/- and immediately he said he doesnt have change with him. I told him ' sir pl keep the balance i will take it later i need the medicines cos it was an emergency'. He jus grabbed the medicines back and said 'go get chnange and come from somewher'. The i told him again sir pl understand the situtaion i dont even need the balance just keep it with you i will take it later'. he was so arrogant that he threw a 25 paise coin at me and said i only have so much change wat r u wasting my time here for. i pleaded to him stating there was someone suffering at home and that since we usually buy it ther we can do the transaction later. he was so rude that he just kept the medicines back in the shelf and started doing his on works, whereas i was made to stand like a beggar inspite of giving excess money. he just said 'jus go, i don have time for all this'. I felt so bad that all people around wer shouting at him supporting me and unfortunately no one had change. i ran around to the shops in and around and atlast one man gave me his own money as change and said 'Mam i can understand ur pain and panic and iam surprised that a medical store is behaving in such a way'.
Now i went back there to the shop to give the money, i was standing there and asking for the medicines which were ignored, the guy just said 'hey jus wait'. then i told him i got the change, for which he threw the medicine at me taking the money.
I jus left silent from that place.
But i felt very bad cos that guy just treated me worse than a beggar. He mentioned in between that 'i dono from where all these people come', pointing at me.
Trust me that was the day i felt like thrown out on the road. Guys i think humanity is a must expecially in such sectors.
Even to another neighbor of mine he has once come and fought for a bill where the medicines were not ordered by them. We people in the association are planning to raise voice againts him. Please help.
I wanna register a complaint against him.
