INDIAN HERBAL STORE,

This is the name of the store which is running a website called India Abundance to sell the products.

I bought a herbal hair oil for $16 online because they accept the payment in dollars for online shopping.

It is now almost 4 months and I have not yet recieved the product and they also have not yet given my money back, whenever I called them they said I would have to go to their shop to collect the money back, I live in Punjab.
So how would I be able to go there to collect my amount.

I want a strict action about these type of online stores.
Please would like to suggest other people for not to buy any thing from this store. They are fraud.

"We had been out of stock for the oil and asked the customer if it was convenient for them to come and get their money back directly from our store since they were located in Delhi itself (Delivery address was hardly a km from our place).

Someone with half a brain would figure out how far it would be from zip code 110007 to 110009. We gave them this offer to try to save them from unnecessary exchange rate fluctuation and to refund the payment directly in INR.

Then the customer asked us to send the money to their PayPal account (because they said they had moved back to Punjab) which we gladly did:

I guess some people just do it for sports. Apparently they get fun out of this. Anyway we have thousands of happy customers who can testify how pleased they have been with our service. But at the end of the day you cannot please everyone no matter how much efforts you put in to make them happy.

It's better if you can improve on the way you do business. It seems as if you are not well prepared for an online business before getting into it. I am your customer, but to be sincere I am not happy with you. You provided email addresses and a phone number in case a customer wants to contact you. But you hardly pick calls which will make many first time customers like me to think you are a fraud. You don't reply your emails and you don't come online in the yahoo and msn messenger you provided. How do you want customers to speak to you, make inquiries or channel their problems?

In fact my suspicion makes me try searching whether you are a fraud or genuine and I find this link. I pray I should not be treated like deepak4ever
