Kindly send a written complaint to the following address and wait for the response for 15 to 20 days and revert back soon with the reply from the Co. Just keep a copy of that letter, so that if the Co. is not going to help, you can forward your complaint to RBIs Insurance Ombudsman division to get any help on company level. The address is:
