I have buy medical claim policy from bajaj allianz in feb 2009.

My policy no is -: OG-09-1901-6003-00172696.



Now,

I was was hospitalize on 1st of aug 2009 and I got discharge on 3rd of 2009.

I have intimate them on 2nd of 2009 by phone.

They given me intimation no. 35270751( request number/registration number).

After 4 to 5 days I have submitted all bill of Rs 5400 approximate and all detail
they required at kalyan west bajaj allianz office.



After 20 days I call them for checking status they told me that your claim has been
rejected because of wrong information.

I told them that I am ready to provide whatever information you want. They told me
that we cant do any thing.



Please help me for getting my claim amount.
