I absolutely agree. I had a horrendous experience with ICICI Lombard Health insurance and eventually got my policy cancelled. It is safe to say that I will not touch any insurance product that is hosted by ICICI Lombard or any health insurance policy where TTK is the Third Party Administrator.
This is regarding a fake account on my credit card account by ICICI Lombard. From Nov.2007, They are deducting an amount from my credit card account. But I dont have any account with ICICI lombard. Regarding this I had called up your customer care and lodged a complaint on 16/11/2007. For your reference the interaction ID is 16110781.
More over There is no reply from ICICI Lombard for my repeated mails

I haed bad exprienced with HDFC Bank I have Salary account in HDFC But without any instimation they are deducting 25rs per transation with other bank atm has used.

The policy received from ICICI Lombard had several errors with regards to my personal details, even after submitting proper supporting documents. I soon sent it back for corrections through their executive. Not its been over 3months since I am following up to get my revised mediclaim policy. But my issue goes unheard......
Its pointless taking an insurance when its not available in your own hands during the time of crisis.
