Hi Team, it is to inform you that my TPA (TTK Health Care Services) has not approved the medi-claim for my wife.They have un-neccessarily related this treatment (in our case) with Infertility.
My doctor (HOD & Chairperson of Gyne & Obs of Renouned Hospital of New Delhi/India) has clearly mentioned and given in hand-written
that in our case it is not a treatment for Infertility.As the size of the CYST is 07CM , with acute palvic pain.So our doctor has suggested for removing
this CYST through Lithroscopy treatment without co-relating this case with Infertility.
We have provided all the supported documents to TTK Health Care Services.Still they not approving our medi-claim request.
Policy or TTK Card No : BLR-UI-O0099-002-0001735-B.Kindly look into this matter ASAP, So that I can get the medi-claim without any further issues.Regards,Suraj Raina
