Dear Sir,

My compnay has provided me with the corporate insurance cover. Unfortunatley me and my met with the accident on 1st June 2010 and had to underwent surgery at the MGM Vashi Hospital. i was bedridden for almost 2 months. It took anonther one month to recover and then only i was able to join the office on the 6th September 2010. My compnay has advised me that my insurance claim will be lodged under GPA category and it can be submitted after i fully recover from the accident. I submitted my accident claim after joining the office. However after no of calls to Custmoer Service center of the ICICI lombard, I came to know thar my insurance claim has been rejected due to late submisssion. Also I have not received any letter from the Insurance compny.

I am really hopeful that you will intervene to help me in this case as I have already spent Rs 1,80,000 for my hospitalization.
