Hi I have group insurance policy thru Mediassit thru HCL.

Recently My wife had delivered on 17th Oct 2011, i had applied for a claim of Rs.46,858 towards the delivery expenses.

I got a message today that is on Jan 08 2012, staing that "Patient name is not matching with the documetns submitted" there is no information on what is the mismatch etc.,

My wife's name is Poornima devi , some of the documents migiht have the name as Poornima, can that be a reson for complete denial?

Pl. advice what can I do as next step.
