Hi i have taken medical insurance policy from new india assurance and TPA is Raksha TPA as our company had done that,i was admitted in hospital for delivery in a Pushpkunj Nursing home at Santacruz(E).

When i submitted the docs first they did not say any thing about form C, when later they asked i submitted it, as there is a case going in the court of all the Nursing home there registration is stopped.

I had submitted the OLD registration docs with the application form copy of registration & the letter of advocate which mentioned that" As there is a case going on in the court the patient should not suffer any difficulty in receiving the claim".

When i was coordination with the representative of New India (Mr Jagdish) he said the chq is in process, when it was delayed for more that 3 months i checked on the Raksha TPA website it says rejected as "Pushpkunj nursing home which is 5 beded hosp as per form C of the hospital - date of issue of certificate 13/09/09 & was valid upto 31/03/10 & the patient got admitted 17/02/11 i.e. after the expiry of registration , hence the claim stands non-payable under clause 3.2"

I don't understand why is it rejected when i had submitted the letter of advocate & everyone was aware that case is going in the court.

For the claim amount of Rs. 18783/- if they behave like this then what will happen if there is higher amount.
