Dear Sir,

I am holding medical policy with TPA Emeditek Solutions and Insurance Policy No. is 354101/48/05/20/70051449 premium for which is being paid regularly on time for the last 5 years. I was operated upon on 28-06-2011 and discharged on 05-07-2011 and submitted medical bills regarding all my expenditure at hospital with the company. Despite assuring me again and again they have not released the amount of Rs.8,804/, which was spent by me. They are harassing me for the last 5 months. Several calls were made to their customer care number and yet no response. While submitting documents with TPA, I was assured that they will release the amount within 2 months, but to no avail.

Sir, kindly request you to look into the matter, so that our hard earned money can be released.
