Met with surgery on 03/06/2008 for which total of bills outstanding submitted was rs.14524/- but esteemed offices had sent cheque for rs.4524/- dated 18/08/2008,which i had sent back on 11/09/2008 stating amount paid from my pockets is rs.14524/- but you have sent cheque for rs.4524/- only. I request honorary judges to justify and help me in getting my claim with interest and mental torture charges as you feel viable
