Hello, I have purchase LIC policy for Health insurance before 4.5 month. On that day agent speak clearly that your policy start from the day first. We all are happy. Up to now LIC does not give me policy nor any rules from company. After two month from policy date I required to stay in hospital for 5 days with expense of 9000, my agent have submit the document to LIC but after 1.5 month of process LIC give statement that this claim is rejected because claim must be put after three month of date of purchase of policy. But still today I am not getting the actual rules of policy nor up to now I have not given signature to any paper in which the rule mention. Actual LIC does not print any policy for health insurance up to now, that is why no body know about the rules of policy. After many attain to LIC office by my self and agent we have no proper answer from the company. At any cost I want my claim pass. LIC does not print policy rules and not show me it is not my problem. Without showing rules to client LIC does not reject my claim.
