We have perused the claim documents in connection with your hospitalization
> dt. 23rd Oct, 2011 submitted along with the treatment records relating to
> the diagnosis of VERTIGO. This condition could be treated as an outpatient
> and does not warrant hospitalization. The policy provides for expenses
> incurred necessarily and reasonably towards treating disease and illness
> which warrants admission and subsequent treatment. Hence we regret to state
