The agent Nitesh Kumar tailor had given me a Medical Insurance policy no 250700/46/10/8500000078/023226 and assured that income tax rebate shall be allowed on the premium amount paid Rs 12507/- but when i received the policy and receipt , it was applicable only on Rs 6907/-. Further no of deseases were not covered under the policy for first 24 months. This fact was never told to me and i was assured that all deases will be covered under the policy. Therfore he has cheated me by making false committment.
The afore said policy is from National Insurance Company Ltd through Karvat Health Care Pvt. Ltd and the HF Member no RN/JPR/033621. Action may be taken against the company and Agent and compensation may be provided to me.( The aforesaid Policy is in the name of Anil Kumar Goyal, Tanu Goyal and Nitisha Goyal)
