I have got a call from ICICI lombard person(pavitra and arun kumar) chennai(as i am residing in chennai) and she told me that i have been selected for secure mind policy and explained that it's one time premium of rs.13759/- and it will cover for 5yrs and i have to go thru medical examination and if anything unusual is there in my reports then they will give me 6lakhs and for verifiction perpose they asked my credit card details and informed me that after my confirmation and receivng of agreement document(till 45days) no amount will be deducted from my account but immediately next day itself they deducted the amount and after my asking they told that after receiving policy if i am not interested my full amount will be returned. amount was deducted on 12.11.11 and till date i have not recd anything. now again when i called them and asked them to revert my amt they are telling that after my receiving of documents i have to call them for cancellation and they will charge some amt for this process. why this people are cheating public like this. please give me solution to get my amt fully.
