    Angry Complaint against Oriental Health Insurance.

    [FONT='courier new', monospace]I have a complaint against Oriental Insurance who has issued a health insurance policy (153900/48/2011/4304). [/FONT]
    [FONT='courier new', monospace]Policy covered the health insurance for myself and my wife. [/FONT]
    [FONT='courier new', monospace][/FONT]
    My wife got hospitalized on 16th Nov 2011 due to chest pain at Medanta- The Medicity, Sector 38 - Gurgaon. After Angiography, Docter recommended for urgent by pass surgery.


    [FONT='courier new', monospace]When we contacted Oriental Insurance through TPA, MD India(Case Id - [FONT='courier new', monospace]MDI1137051[/FONT][FONT='courier new', monospace]) for the cashless claim, [/FONT][FONT='courier new', monospace]Officials[/FONT][FONT='courier new', monospace] from Oriental Insurance betrayed us and declined to process the claim.[/FONT][/FONT]

    [FONT='courier new', monospace]Reason given for denial of authorization is preexisting disease cann't be treated.I object on this because Cardio or heart disease(cheast pain is not pre-existing disease) is n't mention on that clause which Oriental insurance has denied to treat.[/FONT]

    I would request you to look into it and take some serious steps and provide us the clarification or justification before I would go for any legal action against Oriental Insurance.

    Default complain against the claim rejection HDFC ERGO

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is inform you that I, Bipin Maganbhai Vasoya, My Policy No. is 50596472 and My Claim No. is 24150. My Claim Rejected due to misrepresentation of materiel facts at the time of admission. I was admitted in the hospital and Doctor had not mentioned in the In-Patient muster for him mistake, i also short out the Query, And needed docs was sent with hospital's attested sill I admitted on 12th May 2011 and my claim is not settled till time. I also sent the docs on 09th Nov. 2011 but no one can reply me and also not given proper answer on phone call, If you not give me satisfactory answer, i register this case in consumer court. so please do as early as possible.
