Just today I have received a scand letter from UIIC Ltd explaining the position.

Further I am to add that now I have received a reply from UIIC LTD 2 Brabourne Road vide ref no.UIIC/DO-IV/2011-2012 dt. 29/09/2011. But post copy received on the last week(November). I fail to understand how it took such a long time.
Even the letter seems to me veg. It states that due to computer error WRONG Receipt was generated & Refund Vr, was sent. They have asked to treat the Refund Vr. As cancelled. The Vr already Stampted & signed is already in their office. Them how can I cancel it? Then the letter states that " necessary endorsement collecting the said premium towards claim will be sent to you shortly along with fresh Tax Certificate".
But till date neither any endorsed receipt nor the tax certificate send to me.
How loading is to be charged? Last year I didn't claim any amount towards medical treatment.
I am a senior Citizen & feel that I am unnecessarily harassed.
