respected sir/madam,
i am aamir shaikh residing at 23/b green field bld.opp sagar hotel marve road kharodi malad [w] mumbai 400 095.i have a policy with icicipru life no.10849129. i had filed for a claim on 13,sept 2011.the claim process as claimed by the company is settled between 15 to 20 working days.however ,more than a month has passed by and there is no reply from the company.
on inquiring about the update on the claim process the spokesperson from the company said the slaim has been rejected.why is my claim rejected when my premiums are duly paid. also no intimation is forwarded to the rejection of the claim to me.the company is providing poor services and hassling its customer in matters of claim.kindly look into the matter and relieve me from the miserable ordain.
