Dear Sir,
Regarding your complaint you just have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. to get any solution on Company level. Wait for the response from 10 to 15 days and do mention in your complaint letter that if the Co. is not going to provide you any solution within this time period, you are going to forward your complaint to Insurance Ombudsman. Kindly, revert back soon after getting any reply from the Co.
