A claim of hospitlization has arise in january and i have a hospital cash benfit polcy from TATA AIG (HCP74022500000)
First they confirmed about the claim, All minors thing like attendance of my office hospitlization reports, doctors and all And when every thing i fullfills then they said that ur claim has been rejected.

I want file the case against them My doctor also said me that how could the company reject like this because at the time of admission the thought I drunk sothey write the alchol drunk statement.

but I dont Ever drunk in my life.
