Dear Sir /Madam,

My name is Ravi Gupta , me and my company took OPD and IPD medical Insurance policy
from Hygeia Care . This company was been introduced by my friend. My company paid
the entire amount of 6 employees .

We submitted few bills in March to Hygeia Care for Reimbursement and we hare all
false aswers since march .

Other employees are too facing this problem as the number provided earlier is not
working and new number given to us are false .

If you call the CEO of the company :
Calls made to Rajiv Bawa. Every time you call he says that all will be paid this
week. Its been months now .
Calls made to Mr. Sunil and he is not picking up the mobile.
Rakesh there accountant-- He has different story to say that your bills have not
been approved.


Please see the attached past communication after this we hear nothing. My company
need the refund of the money paid to Hygeia Care as they have not provided and
facility as per aggrement.

hygieacare is the worst service provider in industry. and recently I have came to know they have joined hands with Sky healer india pvt. ltd.
[Sky healer india pvt. ltd. is another company offering same services.]

I wish to clarify that some of Mr Gupta's claims are not admissible. However we are processing the said claim and Mr Ravi is in touch with us.

Mr. Bawa is totally lying . He really doesnot want to pay the bills. Its only we are calling and not him. We are really feedup . Please advise how much time does it takes to clear the bills its been a year now.

yes this sky healer Company is FRAUD
i had invested money with some of my family member s& friends about 15 lacs
for teh double scheme they had in mumbai on 15 oct 2009
they said we wil receive double in 35 days less 20 percent tax so if i invest 1 lac i wil get 1 lac 80 thousand after 35 days

til date i have not receive any money some cheques issued have bounced

this depak rajput needs to be taught a lesson in life so thats other dont dare do such a fraud thing
