    Default Mediclaim rejected by TTK healthcare services pvt ltd.

    I am SAQIB ZAKARIYA. Working with Mahindra SATYAM an IT company in Gurgaon. We have a health Insurance by the third party (TTK Health care).I have taken a ADHIP(additional health insurance programme ) for my parents and paid the premium. My parents policy no: ADHIP-52119349.

    My mother was suffering from arthritis and was admitted in a hospital which is covered in the list of TTK health care network hospital. (Indian Spinal Injury hospital Vasant kunj New Delhi).
    I have submitted all the documents for reimbursement but they replied with rejection with comments” This injection therapy is not covered under their policy Terms and conditions clause 14"and moreover as per there knowledge this treatment could have been done in an OPD, however the doctors at Vasant Kunj advised that the patient should be admitted as the problem was severe and my mother was facing a hell lot of problem because of it.

    As we have the insurance facility which comes under the corporate arena and is provided to us by the company, I believe that any documents and policies must have been taken into consideration before signing the contract by the employer. And to the best of my knowledge there are few diseases which are excluded that are listed in our intranet site, however the disease for which I am claiming the reimbursement is not in that Exclusion list.
    And after all this agony and pain the reimbursement has been rejected and I have asked TTK health care to provide me the Soft copy/hard copy of the policy where it is mentioned that this treatment doesn’t fall in the terms and conditions, but till date I have not been provided with any kind of response in this regard (be it phone or email)

    I have managed to pay the Bills of 20000 INr for the hospitalization. for which Company should have given me the cashless facility, or later reimburse it.

    I am continuously trying to get the clarification but nobody is responding with supporting evidence.
    Because of this I am very much disturbed and not able to concentrate on professional and personal levels.

    I want the reimbursement to be done, and the Service provider should clarify what all diseases are covered or not, so that one should not be in such a mess in the near future.

    Default bad service from- united india insureance/ TTk - mediclaim policy

    My name is shibu. i am from kerala. on 01/07/2010 i taken a family medi clame policy from United india Insurance, trivandrum.at the time the agent said to me u will received the mediclame card & hospital list with in 1 month through post.now it is 4 & half moths passed... and i am tired by calling to united india.... and TTk(ttk doing the insurance for united india). in this 4 and half i just feel that the comppany cheating me.... there toll free number did not working, some other help number with name also not in use. i am so surprise that how a famous copmany like united india can do this cheap service.

    for my mediclame card and hospital list.. after a hard chase i got phone number of TTk medi insurance Cochin office.i called ther agent and ttk staff more than 20 times.... every time they says.., ur policy metured..today we are sending it.... but till now i did nt received nothing from the company.... and now they are not picking my call too..

    i have no idea that...If any decease to any of us, were we have to go. which hospital the ttk copany having tie-up with.

    hope United india insurance or TTk will note my coplaint and will do the needful..

    Default Claim rejected by TTK Healthcare TPA

    Dear Sir,

    The claim of my father, Mr. Mohhmed Rangwala has been rejected for non receipt of prior intimation. However we had intimated the claim on 5th oct 2010 before hospitallistation and your HELP DESK had also confirmed the same.
    Please see below the trail of our intimation notice on 5th October 2010. We also recieved a confirmation email from TTK to our intimation. The confirmation ticket number assigned to us by TTK is CRM #317714.

    Please settle the claim immediately. We appreciate your prompt attention to our matter.
