I have purchased a Health Policy from ICICI Lombard in 2006.

I also renewed my Policy in August 2008.

I have given the Policy amount 10085 through My HDFC Credit Card dated 08/08/2008.
But ICICI Peoples are denied. I have send many mails since 10 Months in Customer
care of ICICI Lombard. They are telling to us that we have not received your
payment. so polic has been laps.

My Policy Number is : 4034/FPT/01190435/00/000

Please do the needful in this Matter.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pls. send a written complaint to the head office of the Co. ICICI Lombard, to the Managing Director and also attach the copies of all necessary documents to prove, that your complaint is genuine (at first site). In case of no positive response from the head office in min. 20 days you can forward your complaint to the Insurance Ombudsman for the same. You can get the address of your state's Insurance Ombudsman from the Website of RBI.
