    Default Genins Medical Insurance Complaint

    Dear Sir,
    This is to bring to your kind notice that I am insured by my company HCL for medical claims on the paper thru Genins Medical Insurance. Genins is legally designated to provide medical reimbursement for optical expenses upto Rs. 1800 each, for me and each of my dependents. I had submitted two bills for the same amount of which one was reimbursed. However the other one belonging to my wife (a dependent) on Genin’s list treated from the same optician was conveniently ignored and rejected for no valid reason. I have been facing this problem earlier too from Genin’s side as they are getting into the habit of digesting our hard earned money and not providing the justified services and reimbursements. It is my humble request to bring them to justice and help the poor consumers who are taken for a ride by the corrupt and callous behavior of Genins.     Question Complaint for holding the renewal of medical policy for 2 months ( ICICI lombard)

    I have a medical policy with ICICI Lombard for the last 4 years ( policy no 4034i/FPP/03227387/01/000). In the mentioned policy myself, my spouse and my father are insured. This year after discussion with ICICI Lombard representative , I included the name of my Mother ( age 56) .
    Renewal request sent to ICICI Lombard on first week of April 11 ( as my policy is gonna expired on 24 - April-11). In May , I received a mail from ICICI stating that my parents needs to medical test and medical team will call me in next 48 hours . Till than I am waiting for same. I had called to customer care and requested that my mother is only included in policy so she is ready to go medical test even at appolo hospital at my expense ( mail was also sent to ICICI from my side) .

    After spending 2 months , still my policy is not renewed. My service request no is 190511374.

    Please look into the matter , as I feel cheated after investing my money in this policy.
