    Default Artha Health

Hi,I had opted for Artha Health options last year. I never made use of their
services. For renewal of the same, representatives from Artha health options
called me again,But I NEVER authorized them to deduct two transactions of
INR 1994.00 each from my HSBC Credit Card ending with 2858.
I want a reimbursement of the above amount totalling INR 3988.00, failing
which I will have to approach higher courts for redressal.
Please look into my complaint at the earliest.

    Thanks,
    Rahul

    Default Grievances resolution

I opted and purchased domestic mediclaim health insurance policy no. 250600/48/08/8500004084 with DO VI (Mumbai)of this company around 1995 for myself and my spouse(joint policy) for a sum insured of Rs. Five lacs. The policy was being renewed all these 13 years without any break. The premium was being paid and collected by the agent without producing any details of premium amount payable /renewal letter mentioning the details etc. of premium payable , despite asking for the same. I got strong feeling for last 6 to 7 years that very high premium is being collected from me as compared to what is payable. Even on querries/follow up with agent and the DOVI , I did not get any details. However I went on renewing the policy year after year paying very high premiums and without having details of premium payable chart, as there was no option. On last renewal in Sept.2008 , a Policy No. 250600/48/08/8500004084 was recd. On payment Rs.24689/- for a policy for Rs.5/- lacs , effective from 19/09/2008 till 18/09/2009. When I pursued the matter without any details they refunded an amount of approx. Rs.2424/- as excess premium charged, which further strengthened my apprehension. By now I got retired and since there was no details made available by the agent I visited DO VI and could not get the details, despite even talking to the DM of the division and even after handing over the written letter. I even met the Regional Manager , but of no use. I sent plenty of e-mails but no reply. All this made me frustrated and I was forced to cancel the policy and hence gave in writing.and got refund of only Rs. 11132/- despite the fact that policy was effective for a period of about one month. I also went for a new medclaim policy no. 250800/48/08/8500005021with their DO VIII , but thru, my Bank - Bank of India paying premium of around Rs. 7079/- for policy of Rs. 5/- lacs.effective from 21/10/2008 till 20/10/2009. Since new policy cover started on 21/10/2008 with the s
DamageOccured financial loss-- DOVI- Rs. 30000/- approx, DOVIII- Rs. 15500/- Incidental expenses on phones, trvelling -- Rs. 2000/-. In addition to above, I suffered lot of frustation on the way of customer behaviour given
Required Relief AS above and as mentioned in detail herein above.
