Dear Sir

I had enrolled for a health care policy and home secure policy from TATA-AIG
in the month
of April 09 and May 09 for which the payment was to be done by EMI via
credit card.

The customer care executive had provided me a toll free no. and an email
id in case the policy
needs to be discontinued or cancelled.

After going through the documents, i felt dissatisfied and thought to
discontinue the same.

I had send them correspondence communications through mails and had
also made calls to requested them for the cancellation.

But they had not taken any action on this issue.

Please revert back what should be done in this case?
