    Default Paramount Health services

    Dear Sir,
    I am a employee of SONA Koyo Steering Systems Ltd, Dharuhera. my Company has provide me a mediclain policy of Iffco Tokyo Medishield.


    Iffco Tokyo has outsourced their claim settled services to Paramount health service india Pvt Ltd. LAst 23 dec 08 I have admitted in Sir ganga ram Hospital for the operation of Hernia there I received approval for cashless payment but unfortunately that day accommodation was not available there so I transferred in City Hospital which is a branch of Sir Ganga ram, There at the time of dispatch due to some typing mistake they showed that this disease is congenital, so paramount has denied the payment. But when City hospital correct the mistake and send a new discharge summary to paramount but paramount did not take any action and told me to reimbursed this amount seperatly I have send all the papers to paramount with hand written confirmation of senior consultant of Sir ganga ram that this is not a congential disease but the accured one but still they are rejected my claim,

    Kindly help me out to settle my clain

    I am Dipak Das Working in Alok ind ltd,silvassa my company provied medical insurance iffco-tokio last march my mother opersition in panda medical center ,cuttuck,orissa send all document & bill but the claim not approved . so plz do my need as soon as possbil.

    Default My Insurance Amt not been Claimed Yet.................

    Hi,

    I'm ANAND RAO AKHNOOR, an PLANET M RETAIL LTD, and i got of an IFFCO TOKIO Medical insurance card from Paramount Health service, on March 2009 from my company.

    And Unfortunately i had an accident on 14 jun 2009, i fell of from the train and my LEFT TIBIA BONE got broke, i had an Operation and got an implant for the same, i got operated on 30 jun 2009, and got discharged on 10 jul 2009......

    As i had an accident, i visited to Dr. D.Y.Patil Hospital with my brother. I was holding the isurance card which i gave it to my Bro, while filling the form he showed the Card,but the counter guy said as it is sunday and the counter for that is closed, u can show
    it by 2morrow i.e. on monday. But my Bro studies in college so he could not come up in time and 24 hrs has been passed out.
    I called up My HR Dept told about it, they said thats fine you can pay off the bills and can claim the amount upto Rs - 75000/-, whatever it cost. So, pay off the bills through my pocket and after discharge i had submitted the Documents of it to my store on 20 JUL 2009. but on 5 Aug 2009. when i enquire about it. The Hr Person said, they haven't recieve the Docs. And my self went to the store and made the docs arranged which was lying there. So, i picked up from there and directly submitted to Hr Dept on 9 Aug 2009. Then they said it will be claimed in month or 2.

    But when claimed amount hasn't came, I Myself went to Hr Dept on 16 Nov 2009, they said that my file has came back due to non Signature on the second doc. They didn't even bother to call up. I completed the Document over there and submitted agin. And then they said it will take by end of DEC 2009.
    But when i called on 27 dec 2009, they said that the PHS is going under Bankruptcy, so it will take more time. I told them, Don't give me that kind of bullshit, it wont take too long for that, tell me the truth. They said it will take more time but can't say about it, how much time it will take....

    NO further Help provided

    So i request you, Plz take care of this matter. I need the funds to give to my creditors,
    from whom i had borrowed...

    Default On Line Status States: - claim was cleared on 15/01/2010 till now I have not received

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am an employee of HGSL, Bangalore. We have Group Policy of Medical Insurance with Iffco Tokyo Medishield. TPA is Paramount Health Services.

    My PHS ID-IT BAN 10110391 HGSL

    Name – ARUN D.P

    This is in regard to the claim status which was submitted in the month of Dec 2009, i.e. (4 months) back

    Till now I have not received any communication regarding this

    When we contacted the Executive of the PHS, They are not giving the specified time

    They said it will take more time but can't say about it, how much time it will take....



    And in the online status its showing claim settled on 15/01/2010 itself.

    Default Not giving the claim money

    I am not gettting my money even after submitting complete papers. They are disagreeing to return as we didnt inform them while patient was in hospital.

    What should I do now

    Angry Hernia operation settlement under maternity benefits

    PHS ID: UI IND 20328158 CSCIL M

    corporate Insurance Policy from United Insurance India through Paramount Health Services. paying high Premiums since last 2 years.

    This is in the reference to the problems I faced in the claim settlement during the operation of my Mother, who was also covered under my Insurance Policy with the PARAMOUNT HEALTH SERVICES

    1. The person concerned (Mr Vipul Saxena, Paramount HealthCare, Indore Branch Head) did not gave me clear details on time in spite of me asking him again and again.
    2. When I called him every time to clear my doubts, each time he gave the same reply, and said “you need not worry at all everything shall be settled cashless”
    3. Until the final day of discharge did not let me know what will be the claim settlement would be under.
    4. Never was informed that they are intending to take it under maternity cover before and NEVER informed me that it will exhaust my limit for the present year of mediclaim.
    5. They denied all the claims to the tests before the operation as it was being told that it would be covered under the mediclaim policy of my mother but they used the MATERNITY CLAIM without informing us.
    6. Since last two years, we are paying high premium on time and at time of crisis , they are expected to help us out financially but what happened that they exhausted the MATERNITY Benefits which was not at all related to my mother’s operation, jeopardizing my maternity benefits which would be needed in this year’s end. (December 2010)
    7. Mr. VIPUL SAXENA never told me the details of policy and also that NO CLAIMS OF SAME TYPE COULD BE CLAIMED IN THE SAME YEAR
    8. At last moment they changed my mom’s Hernia operation to be a maternity claim (she gave birth to my brother 15 yrs back) and hence exhausted my limits of mediclaim…. VIPUL was aware of the fact that I may claim in December, so he tricked on me.
    9. He always made assurances to me and hospital people complained of his careless replies and responses.
    10. Also when I objected of his actions there were no solutions to the grievances raised.


    In the End I am not satisfied with the kind of service they provided at the time of my crisis, I feel cheated and now I am in big trouble as I was wholly depending on my Maternity benefit covered under the policy.

    P.S- In the end the claim cannot be under maternity as this has nothing to do with it at all and that too after 15 years of child birth.

    Thumbs up Issue resolved to my below matter

    The mail to the head office and the reply from Mr. Menon, operations head has been head and on the way for resolution! I hear by withdraw my accusations .
