we have taken Mediclaim polivy form Oriential Insurance Co. ltd.
Policy no - 121100/48/11/01777

we have filed 30/12/2010 with supporting documnets but settleing of claim after deduction of Rs 17228.

the claim of settling that you have not imtimate within 48 hours but we have intimate before 48 hours (proof of mail also enclosed)

Now we re submitting Deduction claim Rs 17228/- on dated 16.03.2011 but till date we not received any mail or post of above matter.

And also we try to telephone no 022-28565080 to 5 (all telephone are dad)
and Ms Reeta incharge in MD India -Andheri (E), she also not reply this matter , she say pending form HO Pune.

Now we compain the above metter and harashment last 5 months

Now we want setlle my claim.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.
