Dear Sir,
My Name is Narayanan and I am 29yr old. Last month I paid 6200 to STAR
Insurance towards medical insurance (Medi claim) for my parents. They've
been asked to come for medical tests with the company's affiliated hospital.
To my surprise, after a month, they've come up with a strange medical report
stating that my mother has diabetes. Infact, she's has no diabetes and I can
proove that by taking her to test in any hospital. The STAR Insuarance
stated that there'll be no cover provided for any issues relating to
Diabetes. Please let me know how to sue STAR insurance for they've made my
parents panic about the situation.
