respected sir/madam
i am anoop malav. from udaipur. i took birla sun life policy (medical - Vision) my policy no. 00461708. i take this polcy agent Mr. Nathu nath jogi and BSLI employe Mr. Deepak joshi. i paid for policy on 25 dec. 2010 with cheque no.641129 with 6000 /- amount . BSLI company issue me policy bond and send me to given address. but when i asked to office they told that my policy dint received here.
Now i changed my mind that i dont want this policy and i want my money back. but BSLI is telling that your freelook time finished. but till now i didnt get policy.

then again on date 24-03-2011 i submit application to cancle my policy . again they are not coprating me . again telling that i should give 200/- stamp paper. then only they will issue me duplicate policy. but here almost 3 month over and till now i didnt get policy. now i decieded that i dont want polcy. but BSLI company maneger Mr. purohit is talking abrouptly and telling i cant do anything for you. he told me that you do what ever you can ... so please help me to get my money from such kind of companies which are not coprating with custmers and making fool .
